Added db list caching to the Program Manager -- now, you won't need to download database information everytime you start up Abrosia, only after more than 6 hours has elapsed.

Anyone want to make a 32x32 png icon? An auction hammer with a crosshair on it should do. :p

Meh, just made the tooltips live. Check them out in the Abrosia settings dialog. :p

SuperToolTip widget in wxPython is pretty cool. I am making an interactive mode to Abrosia where tooltips pop up everywhere telling you what everything is. Maybe it will help with all of the newb questions. :p
