sure, I could do that. I'm not sure how advertising the site would breach rules though; if anything advertising would potentially bring more money into Codex. Obviously it's against ebay rules to talk about websites with customers that you don't know, but after they've already made a purchase you're allowed to say whatever you want to them (over e-mail/in their package, not through eBay).

Hmm... may do what most sellers who advertise do: make a business card with a Neopets-related image & provide a link to the site (perhaps with your referral ID as well). Then it's ultimately up to them how they progress or toss it aside. No big either way.

don't stress too much unless your buy time was under 1000ms or your account is super new. I get 10 mil+ items at least twice a month and haven't been frozen yet. :P
