Yes, but when something happens (like needing to reinstall the program manager on every computer after the latest fix), the settings don't always carry over.

They paid. The issue with eBay is the chargebacks. Usually it's an issue of someone stealing someone's PayPal account and getting the payment reversed later after I've already sent a code.
