that happens to me sometimes, especially when im trying to sleep, its not really painful but it still feels like the tendons are getting strained, only way to solve it is to look straight ahead of you and then close your eyes and then try to relax as much as possible until you fall asleep

I'm scared to death from hospitals or dentists but I still have to admit that getting those teeth removed wasn't that bad. Like scot says the meds are so wonderful :p
