It syncs your bookmarks, passswords, and data. For example, I linked my Gmail account to Chrome's sync - so I can log into any computer and when I'm on Chrome/my Gmail - I can access my bookmarks and such.

I'm pretty sure it just syncs the browser and program together so you don't have to log-in whenever you try to play legitly.

it has the ability to send the items you set out in the settings to your shop though i believe and then you can run the neon AP'er through your shop to price the items XD It is quite a good program to use thus far in beta testing.

How does the Item Database price items? More specifically, how am I pricing items for the IDB? I don't remember picking up a Baby Eyrie Plushie or missing one on Abrosia...

When someone uses the Personal shop pricer it updates some prices that way, but I'm not sure otherwise
