What are the rules on leaving trader feedback? It should be made compulsory to leave feedback. :K If it's not already.

No, we ban people from trading if they're found to be doing that because it's exactly the same as stealing an account.

Restocking system isn't necessarily the actual shop layouts though. ;) It could just mean the mechanics behind it.
