I took 2, 12 mg melatonin pills and knocked out for 14 hours. The whole 14 hours was full of crazy dreams. Maybe I'll try one pill next time O_O

This is the first time I've taken melatonin in almost a year, and that was the mostconsecutive hours of sleep I've gotten in about a year. I won't be doing it again because I felt so fucked up when I woke up.

Yeah, I would sleep like a log when I took it but when I woke up it was a hot mess hahaha

I lost another friend to suicide today. Please know the signs of someone struggling, and be there to comfort them. Suicide is never an option..don't make a permanent solution to a temporary problem. It's not worth it.
