Yeah you should be able to. All you would have to do is search for the items by rarity in the item database (on JN) and then add them to your wishlist starting from lowest rarity to highest.

Ah exactly. I already have a wishlist in alphabetical order, I guess I could just do it over but sort by rarity. I hate that JN doesn't allow you to search by rarity within a range. And the neocodex database doesn't always have rarity data.

OK it seems the wishlists are always alphabetically ordered. On the other hand, you can use advanced search to find a range of rarities.
