Yes. Just make sure you dont do anything else on neo while it runs.

With everything else on the site, nothing will be 100% safe, but the generator doesn't do anything big enough to warrant anything suspicious to your account.

Yep as above, leave it running and don't do anything else on neopets, also, only run it once a day (pointless more than that anyway)
