Mapping? You mean MSPP TCG? Yes there is a chance but it's extremely extremely rare.
Try eBay. Usually go for ~$5-8/pck

Chrome is nasty as hell (how did you manage to think it's fast? The multi-process thing pretty much stops it from being fast if you have more than five tabs open lmao) but ahahah of course every web developer out there is making their sites JUST for Webkit-based browsers :V
I'm really glad FF isn't moving away from Gecko to it, if FF went to Webkit as well as Opera we'd be going straight back to IE6 times hahahah

i would set it to .7 and .7. just encase you somehow the packets are sent faster (fiber connection or something) that way you won't go below a 1400ms buy time
