Would having The MS PRE Haggle and OCR set to 0.01 - 0.01 be risky considering i'm in aus?

    i would set it to .7 and .7. just encase you somehow the packets are sent faster (fiber connection or something) that way you won't go below a 1400ms buy time

    im in south east asia..using 0.01-0.01 but my time are 2k ms..so not risky i guess..
