Depends on budget and patience. You could just buy a bunch of neggs if you're rich. If you're low on cash start with KI training school, unless you're impatient then just go straight to MI. Train the level to half of highest stat, then train all stats (agility optional) to twice level. At levels 20 and 40 train HP to 3x the level in MI. Kitchen quests can give random stat increases so you can try those as well, just don't do it if the quest is too expensive.
