we've had similar issues with other members having the same kind of forum attitude. Look, it wouldn't be as bad if we didn't have ranks based on post count, see? Convos are fine, but a "lol xD" or similar are not really convos for threads. Don't see this as an attack or anything like it, I'm trying to help you so when ppl go check what you posted they can't accuse you of too many pointless/spammy posts :)

Someone has to haha. Between front of the house operations to the kitchen to the weddings and catering events, I've got 3 sous chefs to help with day to day stuff and 8 chefs under them. It's fun though, when you do a $50,000 wedding for 300 people and you get to see them enjoying the time of their life, or the holidays where you don't even get a minute to use the bathroom for 12 hours to the everyday rushes. It's a great experience really.

I just leave out all the stressful aspects haha. If you've ever seen those cooking shows with the traditional French chefs who scream at their staff...it can definitely get like that. You just learn quickly that at the end of the shift, it was all motivational and you joke around, eat a meal I cook for the staff and I get them a round of drinks. Gotta reward your staff and keep them happy!
