Sick hubby has been in bed for hours, but before he went, he set up a music stream for me to listen to (he is the total shit AWESOME and wants me to have good music at all times), Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross = WIN, almost as awesome as my fucking fabulous husband.

I agree with Swe and @Kord. Anyone who has done any sort of scientific research or read about various psychological studies KNOWS that you have to plop down a pen and paper in front of your subjects and say, "Read and sign." Even hospitals are smart enough to give you consent papers, even though it's implied that you want to be treated when you're sitting on an ER bed puking your brains out.
No, Ivy, I think you've lost on this one. In fact, I might venture to say that someone (or even a class) would be well within their/its rights to file a lawsuit. (But I'm not sure, given that I didn't finish the first semester of paralegal school.)

Finally admitted to my husband that two of my fave songs to hear on the radio when I'm driving to work are "Blurred Lines" and "Happy". He's heard of neither and is listening to them now, lol!
