Absolutely CRAZY: a few weeks back, I slightly changed how I eat...but not in such a way that I'd even call it a "diet" or feel like I'm missing out on anything. It's resulted in losing 10 pounds over ~2.5 weeks!

This is so embarrassingly simple I almost feel stupid even saying, but essentially the following things: (1) in the morning I only have one cup of coffee and then follow it with a tall glass of lemon water (again not fancy: I use some from a bottle of real Lemon concentrate and add ice); and (2) cutting out soda. The "cutting out soda" thing kind of happened accidentally, as I just don't crave it anymore at all (for some reason the lemon water makes me just not interested in it or snacking on sweets in general anymore as often as I once did). After about a week I felt more energetic and so have been doing some walking daily...again, not a huge change, but definitely one I'm interested in seeing how it works out longer term.

Wow that's a pretty impressive weight change for such a small lifestyle change! I'm interested in your long term results as well and now I'm even more motivated to cut the pop!

Getting started tonight on creating a special gift for my hubby's 40th birthday, which is in exactly 3 months. :)

Best of patience and perseverance! I got that achievement before Sweeney released his Coli autoplayer and when I was so wide-eyed and eager to explore the brave new world of Flight Rising. And then I became jaded and the magic bubbled away. I can't imagine earning that achievement now on purely legit means.
