Interesting. Why, what happened? Vinegar is a good idea, but I've never mixed it with anything but baking soda.

ugh vinegar just smells awful when you use it to clean. i can't imagine what it smells like HOT! my dad's ex used to boil dish soap, and it would leave this god awful scent in the air for hours. so disgusting.

Do you mean make shells look legit? Because I think this is the guide for that:
http://www.neocodex.us/forum/topic/113071-shell-start-up-extras/
If not that, you don't really need a guide for shells.
1. Use a proxy
2. Use a free email site like getairmail.com when it asks you to put in an email.
3. Done.

Did you also post directly to their FB page? That tends to get their attention too.

Take a look at Valorsuite here for the stamps thing (can use the usershop autobuyer with a cheap stamp list I believe). There is a website around that gives you the clickable avvies too. If you use the forum search you should find the link eventually.

Hit "contact us" at the bottom of the page, then hit "submit a ticket". You need to have 3rd party cookies enabled for it to work though.

Shit. :o Do you know the cause? 95%+ of bans these days are from other Neopets players reporting. They'll freeze an account just because of a few noob accounts words, and meanwhile leave a popular player with five SuAPs fine. FB messaging NP politely can work!
