Hit "contact us" at the bottom of the page, then hit "submit a ticket". You need to have 3rd party cookies enabled for it to work though.

Shit. :o Do you know the cause? 95%+ of bans these days are from other Neopets players reporting. They'll freeze an account just because of a few noob accounts words, and meanwhile leave a popular player with five SuAPs fine. FB messaging NP politely can work!
