    It's funny because almost everyone on my floor works over night and are moving around all night.

    I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around at ~2am or so, but it doesn't bother me in the least. I guess it's just very relative. :/

  • I know that feeling. In my old apartment my downstairs neighbor would bang on the ceiling every time I tried to get up with the baby through the night. Eventually I ended up going down there and giving her a piece of my mind. Hopefully the old fart below you cuts you some slack!
