Need to know how to get rid of a sinus headache ASAP. Going to the Smash Bros. demo event today and I don't wanna keel over from pain.

Depends on if it's actually a sinus headache or not. If you tap your sinuses and want to whimper, it probably is one. Take an antihistamine/decongestant depending on if it's brought on by allergies or a cold. Then take an NSAID for inflammation and some caffeine just in case there's a bit of migraine in there. Bam. Allopathy, bitches.

I'm amazed at how many people don't know that NSAID clear up sinus headaches. *gives Tetiel a high five* But I like Cloud's idea, too. :)EverKaia
