currently I am choosing which university to enter. (I am not British or American or Australian.) I wanna choose one of the best local U coz it offers a program I like very much. however i am afraid that I dont get a good-enough result to guarantee a place. I am in dilemma. taking risk to choose this pgm (at the cost of being admitted into a pgm I am not very fond of), or to give up this pgm and choose another which I am still interested in, and I am 70% sure that I can be admitted
