Hilarious. I bought Ranma 1/2 and it'd denying me usage of the Japanese audio because "it's licensed solely for viewing on a USA or Canadian player". My PS3 is my only bluray player.

PS3's aren't region locked at all so they SHOULD play BluRays from all countries... It's how I got a copy of MK9 in Australia after it got banned for being rated R, I simply ordered it from the states and there's no region checking on the console :P

Create a PSN ID with the location set as Japan. That should fix the issue.

This was a north american licensed product. It should work with any north american system. Apparently VIZ just can't write protection correctly.
