What it does is your nose will stop doing what it does normally when it gets it from the spray. its a temperary, you use it to much, nose will stop doing it, and will become reliant on spray

I will likely go away with time. However, it could involve pain and suffering. If it IS an infection, best to get your doctor to proscribe some cheapy meds.
