I would imagine the Turmy GM script would check every hour, much like Snowy. I don't think one exists though as yet.

Syntax

I actually think it would calculate the timings by itself. Turmy has a pattern. And for Sid... it's not fake, but the lack of activity for that is essentially because Sid appearing is incredibly rare.
