Ohh I hate the 13 thing. I had that happen to me once, I said something on the guild board, and BAM, welcome to neopets junior-.- That does sound really odd about the refunds though..

I'd been IP banned and received a letter from legal but never actually saw that message...that's pretty cool. :-P
