If you think about it properly it's not really practical to track people like that. It would require them tracking and storing every refresh by every user in every shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Given that they usually have over 10k users online at any time it's pretty obvious that it would take up a hell of a lot of space. ;)
