How can I tell if an account has been frozen? Also, does anyone know the criteria for the PW part of logins?

    Yeah and then it asks for the birthday which I have. I even did a reset password to the email and created a new one, but it still said it was incorrect.

    Dont' send a ticket in under account issues. They'll never look at it. (I did). Send it under bug reports if you send one.
