Keep in mind, latency is not bandwidth. While latency can affect bandwidth, you could have 1Gbps download and 60ms latency

Correct @Unseen I usually sit at a 5 - 10 ms latency unless I'm using the net for something else too and then I drop to 20ms. I've also seen spikes as high as 500 ms when college is back in town and they're hooking all the dorms and apartments back up hah
