I used to jailbreak my iphone 3GS all the time before getting my 4GS. Since I don't play apps or watch flash videos much anymore, I decided to not jailbreak 4GS. Jailbreak only if you're on your phone playing games/watching vids over 4 hours a day.

I would do it. It's really useful. I've had my iPhone for over a year now (the 4) and it's always been jail broken. Never had a problem, and I really depend on some of the apps I could otherwise never afford or pay for because I don't have a credit card.
