any guide on how to keep a main / shell account separated completely to avoid chain freezing?

    instead of a proxy you can try using a VPN if you really want it to be protected.

    Yep, I would also advise using a different screen resolution and browser. Ideally a completely different machine, because neo do know what your browser + version, and resolution are.
