his "sin" resulted in him being warned. Warning people for the same "sin" doesn't excuse him. It just means that they are treated in the same way that he has been for doing the same thing.

Does that mean he will get warned for EVERY time he broke the rules?
I see a ban in his future.

You act surprise that hate speech cause less than demure actions? I believe in the dignity of the human spirit, but geez there are limits.
