Oh right, so because i couldnt provide the email address registered with the account you cant tell me the registered birthday. Even though i stated the email address in the original ticket. TNT your a bunch of idiots.

On an account that had never been used for anything they wouldn't give me my birthday even when I forwarded them every neopets email I ever recieved from the registered email address. "Not enough information to prove its your account" :p
