Why am I not getting neopoints for the NP generator after it is done?

    I ran it earlier today and it worked for me.
    Make sure you
    - are logged in
    - has been a while since you last used it (more than 24 hours)
    - leave it alone until it's done.

    I got about 40k and I'm not advanced.

    more than 24 hours does not mean 25 hours. It means 32+
