I try not to go above 2 hours of continual refreshing. I'm rarely RS banned, and I have multiple shells. Two hours with a break of 1.5-2 hours is about right.
I can usually AB for around 4 hours straight without a ban though.

I AB while I nap. :P Usually around 5+ hours a day. If I remember to turn Abrosia on, anyways.
