Ah, I'm pretty sure not feeding your neopet is the only way to make it hungry o:, although I may be wrong cX~~

^^ You're not. That's why negging is a pain in the ass. Let the hunger level drop to "dying" (takes a coupla days) then feed it a negg. It'll go to "starving" then drop back to "dying" in 2 hours. Negg every 2 hours.
