Anyone know CPR for an iPhone 3GS? Mine is barely alive. Updated on the computer and it froze. Had to end sync now power will come on but won't go past the shiny little apple logo. Plugged back into the computer like this but it won't even connect. Any suggestions...?

Do what Darkthrone said. If that doesn't work Look up how to put the phone into "DFU" mode.
