Can someone pls PM me as to why when i login my neo acct in the autopricer and then click to load items it always says that error not logged in! thing. i have un/re installed it numerous times. many thanks

i sometimes get that error too.. but after i click ok, it just loads properly

yes im talking about the actual screen that prices the items, not the neo login screen, ive resorted to using the shop pricer on abrosia but i really do prefer neon :) thx for responding
