    I do it overnight with an autotrainer...unless I'm rs banned, then I do it when I wake up. :p

    autotrainer usually isn't that big a deal. Browsing is risky depending on delay times :/ If it's just the default 8-8 you should be okay if you don't it too often/for too long amount of time.
