If I legit refresh magic around once per second, how long will it take me to even see a mp in stock? I swear that they never restock (or they are ABed in a split second after they stock).

    for most MP's, you have to get lucky once to refresh right after they restocked to even see em, then hope you're the fastest internet connection+buy settings to get it.

    kinda a combination of internet speed, luck, and settings i guess.

    Well, you're probably restock banned if you're refreshing every second. ^.^
