I'm anything but arrogant or an elitist. I haven't been here for too long, but 2 years of posting and lurking is enough to be able to tell someone they shouldn't bump up a thread created before I joined. It's especially annoying for someone to give the person who bumped the thread +rep for helping declutter the forums.

As a new member, I've been kinda curious about this. So say I want to ask something about daily routine. Should I dig through and ask on a thread from 2008, or just start a new one? Dunno what the etiquette is.
