The hell? Did a lag test. Set both Pre-Haggle and OCR to 1.0 seconds. So should have at least 2000ms right? I got 1625ms.

    It's faster maha, not slower >_<

    Since buy-delay is about reaction time, it can be more variable than OCR btw
