Found what I was looking for. Thanks guys. Just fell down the stairs too. That was great. It was like a painful thrillpark ride I didn't need to pay for. How much force went into the fall you ask? I broke a 30 year old, treated wood step in half.

Yeah, I basically rode my ass the whole way down, which would be fine, but I have levoscoliosis, which is bad news anyways. Combined with this, it feels like I have a knife in my back at all times now.

I fell down my stairs pretty hard about a month and a half ago. I think I even made it a status update on here. Shit hurts.
