I am SO mad now. My professor said we were free to attend any class these two days. I chose the class tomorrow but before 5pm today I already received a warning letter from my faculty saying I skipped class.

Some of my uni classes required attendance, but in your case you should send a complaint to your counselor or higher administrative figure. (name is slipping my mind now.)

In my school, attendenace was never counted for general, low division classes, but attendence is mandatory in my specialized upper division classes, especially when there are only 6 other students and lecturing in an auditorium doesn't exist.
