    Its helped my stats a lot. Record your zaps in our lab zaps system you'll see its really pretty useful. I got oever 200 hp and 150 str and 150 speed. -4 defence though.

    I wouldn't use it on my main pet since I wouldn't want to risk a species/color change. But if that doesn't matter to you then go for it.
