AoB is 100 times safer than the SS. Just don't over do it, and have some knowledge of the game you're playing and you'll be fine.

I haven't.
As mentioned its WAY safer than SS, just don't over do it like getting impossible scores or going way too fast.

AoB + checking youtube for gameplay videos to get a handle on the time required = very safe.
