I'm offering to sell someone an item for 200k below it's price and this bitch still asks me if I'll accept 10k less than my asking price. WHY DO PEOPLE DO THAT?

If you don't haggle, then how do you know you got the best price. To not haggle, would be insulting round chere.

I understand that but when they ask me a price and I say xx FIRM that's pretty much what I mean.
