username on neo is free but when i try registering it says its unavailable. anyone have this problem before?

It happens to me all the time as an account hunter. It looks like the account name Thunder is open, but it's really not. It's been like that for several months.

that happen when someone starts the registration process for an account but doesnt finish it

I was registering for an account, but something went wrong with Neo and it wouldn't let me finish the e-mail step.. So I cleared my cache and tried again. It said the account name was taken! I tried a week later, and it let me create it :) I guess they cleared all the unfinished registrations.
