idle question... there are some really expensive items on neopets that have fairly useless ddescriptions. What do some of these tens-of-millions-NP items actually DO? Leaded Elemental Vial, for example.

    How about some other stuff? some of the other crazy-expensive shit? Hell, I'm curious why some of the FOODS are worth so much.

    There can be a lot of factors, one unlikely one is false over inflation, and there are more plausible ones like items being collectors items, or gourment foods, and the rarity (how often these items appear). Some items can also be Kad feedings items or some give an avatar. These are pretty much the most basic reasons why items can be/are expensive.
