Ugh, they're absolutely useless. I refuse to call an 0844 number, it'd cost too much.

:/ Wish I knew how to help. First I started with an online representative, but then she wanted my number to call me after I'd explained everything and she was very nice about the situation. What other information are they asking for?

Put in a private support ticket, and all I get told is I must pass the online verification via account recovery.
