I had exactly the same issue. Remove the shockwave completely from your computer, restart, redownload the full installion restart again. The nit's basically hit and miss what browsers work. I can get dice escape working first time in Internet Explorer, Chrome/FF/Opera/Safari won't work though. I found having dice escape open and then trying to launch other shockwave games does work if you have patience of refreshing about 500 odd times. It will eventually work though! (:
