Just got my first RS ban, which is kind of odd. I AB'd for about two hours, missed one item and bought one. And then when I started it up again about 90 minutes later, I was banned after less than an hour; no haggles, nothing. :s

you don't get banned for haggling ;3
you get banned for refreshing too much or too quickly

I find that the bans are pretty random. Sometimes I go for 4+ hours with no ban, and sometimes it happens after around an hour.
